Care With Purpose. Support With Respect.
At RASAK CARE, we believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, listened to with respect and supported to live life with greater independence, choice and confidence.
As part of RASAK COMMUNITY SERVICES PTY LTD, our purpose is to provide person-centred care and community services that respond to the individual needs, goals, circumstances and cultural backgrounds of the people we support.
WHO WE ARE
About RASAK CARE
RASAK CARE is the care and community services brand of RASAK COMMUNITY SERVICES PTY LTD, an Australian company based in Merrylands, NSW.
We have established RASAK CARE with a clear purpose: to provide reliable, respectful and individualised support to people who need assistance in their everyday lives.
Our service model is designed around four key areas:
- NDIS & Disability Support
- Aged Care
- Children & Family Services
- Community Care
We recognise that no two people, families or circumstances are the same.
For this reason, we take a person-centred approach. We seek to understand each person’s needs, abilities, goals, preferences, culture, communication requirements and circumstances before determining how we can best support them.
Our focus is not simply on completing tasks.
It is about helping people maintain their independence, develop skills, participate in their communities, build meaningful relationships and have greater choice and control over their lives.
OUR VISION
To create communities where every person has the opportunity to live with dignity, independence, inclusion and genuine choice.
We envision RASAK CARE becoming a trusted Australian care and community services organisation recognised for quality, compassion, cultural understanding and person-centred support.
Our long-term vision is to build services that support people through different stages of life while maintaining one fundamental principle:
The person receiving support remains at the centre of every decision.

OUR VALUES
Respect
We treat every person with dignity, courtesy and respect. We recognise each person's individuality, experiences, beliefs, culture, preferences and right to make decisions about their own life.
Choice
We respect people's right to make informed choices about their care, support and everyday life. Our role is to support decision-making — not take control of it.
Independence
We focus on what people can do and how the right support can help them do more. Where appropriate, our services aim to build confidence, skills and independence rather than creating unnecessary dependence.
Inclusion
Everyone deserves the opportunity to participate in their community and feel that they belong. We support social connection, participation and inclusion.
Compassion
Care requires more than completing a service. We approach people with patience, understanding, empathy and genuine consideration for their circumstances.
Safety
The safety and wellbeing of the people we support are fundamental to our work. We take safeguarding, risk management, incident management and appropriate service delivery seriously.

Safety
We aim to communicate clearly, act responsibly and be accountable for the services we provide. Diversity We respect Australia's diverse communities and recognise the importance of culture, language, identity, family and personal background.
OUR APPROACH TO CARE
You Are More Than a Service Plan
RASAK CARE takes a person-centred approach to care and support.
This means we start with the person.
Before focusing on a particular service, we seek to understand:
What is important to you?
What are your goals?
What can you already do independently?
Where would you like additional support?
How do you prefer your support to be delivered?
What are your communication preferences?
Are there cultural or language considerations?
Who would you like involved in decisions about your support?
What would greater independence look like for you?
These conversations help us understand the person behind the support request.
Where we are able to provide the required service, we then work collaboratively to establish an appropriate support arrangement.
CHOICE & CONTROL
Your Life. Your Decisions.
People receiving support should have a meaningful voice in decisions affecting their lives.
RASAK CARE promotes choice and control by encouraging people to participate in decisions about:
- Their goals
- Their daily routines
- Their support preferences
- Their communication needs
- Community activities
- Cultural considerations
- The people involved in their support
- Changes to their services
Where a participant wishes, and subject to appropriate consent, we can also work collaboratively with family members, carers, nominees, guardians and other professionals.
OUR TEAM
The quality of care depends greatly on the people delivering it.
RASAK CARE aims to build a team of caring, capable and responsible professionals who understand that providing support involves both practical skills and human connection.
Depending on the service being provided, our workforce may include appropriately qualified and experienced:
